As a Coldwell Banker McKinney & Associate tenant we have high expectations that all of our tenants will follow the residential rules:
Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM
No exterior storage allowed
All cars must be registered and operating to be parked on the our properties per the City Of South Lake Tahoe
Always lock the dumpsters behind you to prevent animals from getting in and making messes
Maintenance requests can be made through your tenant portals. As a friendly reminder, if the issue is tenant caused, tenants will be charged accordingly for repairs
Annual City Inspection Expectations (Units over 6 units)
Each tenant is responsible to have a working smoke and CO detector. If yours are not working properly you will be charged for replacement.
If you have changed your locks and we aren’t able to enter, you will be charged an inconvenience fee for us calling a locksmith on site to make us a key to enter.
Absolutely no BBQ’s, propane tanks, items on balconies, items in front of doorways, etc. Please organize your areas accordingly.
Any cars that are not registered and operated will be towed and cited on site
Please contact us if you have any major issues that need to be addressed prior to the inspector coming
